Are you expecting a new addition and have a hectic schedule? This accelerated format for childbirth education is taught by an certified childbirth educator and is packed with information. It is a one day, 5 hour class, that will help prepare you and your partner for your upcoming labor and birth.
Topics that are covered:
~Stages of labor
~Comfort measures (there will be hands on practice for your partner!)
~Pain control medications offered at the hospital
~Immediate postpartum
~How to communicate with your care team effectively and make decisions
~Birth plans
Hands on activities, videos, and more help bring the information to life!
This class will be held at Hoogeveen Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Bellevue.
This class is $175/per couple. Please only purchase one ticket for both of you. Single parents and not first timers also welcome!
